Samuel C. T. McDowell (1920-2007) was an American Army Air Force lieutenant in World War II. His wife, Julia Dudkewitz McDowell (1923-2001), was a tracing clerk in the Reproduction Department, Design Division at E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company in the 1940s.
